IR35 Private Sector Reform

Earlier this year, GlaxoSmithKline became one of the first household names to announce that it would no longer engage PSCs after April 2020 due to a change in IR35 rules. Demand for Clarity on IR35

And finally, now that the election is out of the way and Brexit is (so we’re led to believe) drawing to a close, Recruitment Bodies have taken this opportunity to seek clarification from the Government on immigration and IR35. Both are contentious subjects affecting the recruitment industry and as such the REC, APSCo, ARC, CV- Library, QDOS, FCSA and Contractor Calculation have clubbed together to submit their questions. Hopefully the new year will shine some light on each of the topic so the industry can be certain of how to proceed.
